The Trump years were good to the bail money fund, and we managed to get a good return this year as well.
To preserve the principal,the bulk of it has recently been moved to a tax-free bond fund in front of an anticpated market crash this fall. The remainder is in a broad stock market index fund to take advantage of recent gains in the stock market.
This money can easily be moved to the bond fund without a fee, if necessary. The bond fund is liquid as well.
Everyone has behaved, so there have been no expenditures.
