Jena Griswold is Colorado's hyperpartisan Democrat Secretary of State. She is the one behind all this, but of course the FIB is always willing to take on a partisan prosecution of a Republican.

Colorado has had a very secure mail in vote system, but it was supervised by Republican Secretaries of State and mostly Republican County Clerks. Griswold is doing everything she can to destabilize that system and bring ballot harvesting and fraud to Colorado.

I was going to call BS on the Vice article having read so much how Griswold is trying to shut everything down and discredit Peters and along with her Lindell.
