I just came back inside. I thought I was going to pass out....and, the dog looked like he was going to pass out.
Hubby looked at both of us like we’re weather wimps. We are!
Feels like the humidity just takes out any oxygen, from the air.
I think I could handle west Texas heat, better than our heat.
I don’t mind a dry heat....at least you can catch a breeze, in the shade, and be 10º cooler. And, the night’s are pleasant.

Aww, poor Jane and doggie. Being out in the Heat, and especially working in it, really zaps my energy. Now here’s this place for the word enervate. Although it just doesn’t sound right.
I guess I’m used to desert heat as well. Between El Paso and Ridgecrest. For me it makes a big difference to know that there is a cool time, after the sun goes down. In Corpus, the cool time would be October. It was just wearing.
