Thanks, they know where he stands and gave him a hefty raise last week, no doubt to entice him to stay, but he is unmoved. They are already hurting for employees and they will lose many more.

Sadly, this is a conservative, Christian-run company. But they have prioritized keeping their account$ over keeping good employees.
