Were the students arguing violation of their rights, or that the vaccine is still experimental?
If they’re basing it on rights, they’re gonna lose because the SC already has decisions from 100 years ago saying schools can refuse admission to a student who failed to receive a required vaccination.
If the suit is arguing they shouldn’t be required to take it because it’s a EUA, that might stand a chance.
