How to admit the vaccine isn't working!
I found out I can go to Italy! I either need the vaccine passport or proof of a negative coronavirus test in the last 72 hours. And then before I leave to come back I do the same test. Looks like it’s not a problem going there. Now I don’t know if hotels or restaurants have an issue. But the travel agent that is giving this information hasn’t said that she has had problems with her clients.
Get the vax or don’t, but the vaccine shaming and mandates are over the top!
My 20-something son has been working in hospital settings from day one, and around dozens of covid patients, friends and coworkers - in close quarters too, in his vehicle with sick people, etc., and hasn’t gotten as much as a sniffle. He doesn’t want the vax for many reasons, he is confident in his immune system, his age, it’s experimental, and like many of us does not trust Biden, Fauci, etc. anyway...
So when he went in for blood work last week for his routine checkup, he asked for an antibody test, just out of curiosity. The woman who drew his blood fussed at him about taking the vaccine, and his response to her was - my vaccination status is none of your business, your job is just to draw my blood!
Ouch!
He is updating his resume as well, as his employer will be mandating the vaccine soon. He will lose a good paying job, company truck, good benefits but according to him his freedom and his health are more important. I say good for him!
