She probably thought the harassment case would be easier to prove & quicker, than the nursing home death case. That way she can use it as a feather in her cap.
I wonder how many of the women Leticia called to come forward & “do the right thing”. Not that Cuomo doesn’t deserve it, but I’m sure Leticia put them up to it.

Cuomo is claiming that this is all politically motivated.
Cuomo is eager to react to report and will shortly.
State assembly, run by the dims, are considering impeachment but said they will have to wait for conclusion of the investigation.
