But would they want the whole world stage looking at America as a complete failure? They look incompetent but anyone of US know to secure and remove civilians first and leave no American behind.
I don't know.
I can't see this as only incompetence without some shady pay off to let these people be left in the dust!
I think some people do want us to look incompetent.
