I think the date it was moved back to was 8/31

I thought I heard it was 9/11. I guess 08/31 would be a better date. Not of any significance.

Originally changed from May (Trump’s date) to 9/11 and then backed up further. Though I guess 8/31 is ‘before the 9/11 deadline’.
