I recall that President Clinton was always talking about “how hard he was working for the American people”. Working hard is not the same as working smart. But I don’t believe Biden is doing either.

Biden‘s handlers know full well how incompetent he is and how much they have to prepare him for any public appearance such as with adequate rest and meds.

They are the lowest of the low. Maybe the propaganda media folks can lie to themselves about Biden‘s competency but Biden‘s handlers cannot.
