I thought a judge said that congress has a right to visit the prison, or did i get confused over another issue? Hard to dodge all the arrows these days.
Congress has Congressional oversight of Federal prison.
Congress grants them the money to fund them.
They shouldn’t need a judge telling them they can visit.
