I thought the study came out of England? Not positive though. Maybe I was reading a British news link. LOL
What I don’t get though, is how do you measure the IQ of a newborn? And I’m thinking they’re around their parents the whole time, so they weren’t raised in a Soviet-style orphanage. I’m almost wondering if this isn’t the start of a push for socialized day care so the state can get their hands on the kids from an early age.
Just musing out loud; having a hard time wrapping my head around it.
Bannon said the study came out of Brown, just repeating what he said.
Brown is in Providence, RI.
Could Bannon be wrong?
He discussed it this morning on the War Room with Liz Yore.
They are pushing for socialized government funded daycare now.
It’s a test of skills the babies have at certain ages, so a score of 100 would be normal, but 80 would be under developed. These babies were lacking in verbal skills, responses, etc.

Good question. That’s right up there with how do you figure out the eyesight of a cat. I thought I would learn that this week but apparently it’s not something that can be done definitively.
