The last time I moved I threw out a set of world book encyclopedias because I could not find anyone who wanted to take them. I wish I had saved them now. I probably have a Dictionary somewhere around. If I find it, I will keep it.
We have my parents set of encyclopedias. We’ve moved those heavy books, several times.
It was quite an investment, for them, I remember.
They have been used, over and over, through the years. I plan to keep them for my grandkids, who otherwise will have a hard time reading REAL history :-(
I’ve kept many of our old text books, as well. For that same reason.
