I’m thinking that all Supreme Court picks should NOT be the parents of young-ish kids. They’re open to intimidation.

If one really wants a Consitutionalist judge, Barrett's action is the correct one. The issue brought to the SC is a State issue, not Federal.

If "Consitutionalist" is situational, then Barrett's a disappointment.
