I just want to know what it all boils down to.

Basically internet access to and from this database by external software.
I thought the young man that accompanied the county clerk from Clark County last night was interesting, he said given the serial number they could look at how each of the computers were ordered. And they were ordered with modems. Dominion computers are not supposed to be on the internet, not for the elections, so why even order a modem? In any other world somebody would be found guilty.
