I think he is referring to Cuomo, who is a bully, and was Trump arch-nemesis during 2020 on COVID issues. I suspect you're correct; I didn't think to connect the two. My first thought was did someone call Lindell a bully for some reason and Trump was saying he was a fighter, therefore he couldn't be a bully. LOL
