Nightly prime-time viewership for the Tokyo Olympics averaged 15.6 million people, combining NBC, cable networks and streaming.
The Nielsen company says that’s a 42% drop from the Rio de Janeiro Games in 2016.
Earlier this year I have disconnected my cable, now only have internet from Comcast. They gave me their peacock box to stream channels. I even refused to open that box. Now, every day Comcast sends an email that I should return that box because I am not using it. I am keeping that packed box in my home, it’s free.
