My only reaction to the Cuomo news is that his successor will almost certainly be much less pragmatic and more of an ideological leftist. Cuomo was terrible and corrupt, but not an ideologue. Right wingers celebrating his resignation are not seeing the bigger picture whatsoever.

NY has its gubernatorial election next year. Through his resignation, Cuomo has cleared the way for a socialist to run the state.

Folks, Cuomo didn’t resign for turning nursing homes into senicide dens. He resigned because of his personal scandals. This is a victory for the far-left. He was never held accountable for the COVID stuff, and he never will be.

Legacy Dems (think Schumer, Cuomo, Gillibrand, Clinton machine) are being eaten by the far-left revolutionaries. On personal level, these ppl are animals & it’s fun to witness their demise, but they do not share legitimately far left sentiments of the gen that will replace them.
