This is a very short vid with some interesting things, first part is blurry, 2nd part looks like sabotage, 3rd is oil being dumped, remember they did that during the fake oil crisis in the 70's, also a big about farmers getting paid to plow under crops. Looks like were being set up for a fake shortage.
