Back in the early 50’s I was a guinea pig for the Polio Vax.
We were told some would get the real stuff others not or a placebos.
We were anxious to participate since we all knew kids who got Polio and it was terrible.
I was thinking the same thing. People thinking they’re safe but they’re being lied to. It also make the statistics of bad reactions even worse for those that got the actual vaccine.
I was born in 1955, first year the polio vaccine was approved.
