The news about New York implementing a full-blown vaxx passport mandate is crazy. Apparently you now have to show proof of vaccination before Andrew Cuomo will sexually assault you.
Biden’s just as bad as Cuomo...worse in fact.

Were the students arguing violation of their rights, or that the vaccine is still experimental?
If they’re basing it on rights, they’re gonna lose because the SC already has decisions from 100 years ago saying schools can refuse admission to a student who failed to receive a required vaccination.
If the suit is arguing they shouldn’t be required to take it because it’s a EUA, that might stand a chance.

Cuamo says he has a family member that is a victim of sexual predator that he helped, and he helped a girl, Charlotte, that worked in his office, and had been a victim of sexual assault. She mistook his help as harassment.

met with the governor’s exec team to try to ignore, diminish & attack these testimonials (including multiple alleged sexual assaults) b/4 going on the air & claiming to “care very deeply” about sex harassment. This is stomach turning on many levels.
