KJV. St. Luke 22:42-44
Of our Lord, fully human and fully Divine, in the Garden of Gethsemane:
” Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless, if not my will, but thine, be done.”
“And there appeared an angel to him from heaven, strengthening him.”
“And being in an agony, he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
...
We are not divine, but fully human. We need to make some decisions. Possibly within ten days.
Maybe some will. As we choose, we tend to do.
I can only speak for myself, but I’m completely calm and at peace with the decisions I’ve made. I pray that yours and others are with theirs, as well.
It’s wonderful to sleep soundly at night knowing God is in complete control of everything, whatever happens.
