"It has been a theory of mine and other Patriots for months now that our country is currently functioning under COG (or Continuity of Government)."
"COG is defined as: "The principle of establishing defined procedures that allow a government to continue its essential operations in case of a catastrophic event such as a nuclear war" (OR A BIOWEAPON ATTACK)."
"More specifically we've been functioning under a COOP (or Continuity of Operations plan)."
"Even more specifically would be the "Devolution of Operations Plan" which is what you may or may not have read about in the past day from Patel Patriot. While the COOP addresses a wide variety of potentially disruptive scenarios, the DOOP focuses on catastrophic and/or widespread incidents and events that may occur with or without warning and render our facilities and personnel incapable of functioning."
Devolution is very specific because it is the transfer of statutory authority and responsibilities from an organization's primary operating staff and facilities to another designated staff and facility for the sustainment of essential functions. I believe this is what is meant when we've been told that Trump has placed the right people in the right (and most important positions) to keep the country functioning during this period, while the world stage is being set and the masses are being SHOWN instead of told.
I believe Patel Patriot is correct that Trump used the Covid act of war as justification for Devolution Operations and has been letting Biden run the show while having no TRUE control over essential functions (I.E the football)
What if I told you that Biden has been TRUMP'S puppet the entire time without even knowing it?
You may remember I made the comparison months ago to Biden sitting in a car playing with the radio and the headlights, but with no ability to drive anywhere. Nobody in their right mind thinks Joe is the President of the United States.
In May of 2007, the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (or Directive 51) was written and signed by George W. Bush. It outlines very specific guidelines as to how the government shall function in response to a catastrophic emergency.
It specifically addresses COG, COOP, "Enduring constitutional government" and NEFs (National Essential Functions)
Among the NEFs listed are:
(a) Ensuring the continued functioning of our form of government under the Constitution.
(b) Providing leadership visible to the Nation and the world and maintaining the trust and confidence of the American people.
(c) Defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Etc.
