Ivermectin IS a dewormer. Usually sold as a paste for horses (what everyone's talking about from Tractor Supply Co, or your Amazon one likely), or in pills for your dogs' monthly heartworm treatment. Human-grade stuff requires prescriptions, but the horse stuff is generally safe to use also. I wouldn't suggest the dog pills since they have a lot of other crap in 'em and they're expensive as hell, whereas the horse paste is usually just ivermectin, flavor, and the carrier paste. (Avoid ones that have additional meds in them.) You just have to calculate proper dosage for human, and only take that much paste. Per another post/thread on here, the prophylactic dosage, with 1.87% paste, matches horse to human, pound to pound.
