And in my opinion far safer that many of the prescription drugs used to treat these problems today. Benzodiazepines a drug commonly used to treat PTSD, Depression and a few other problems is probably the scariest drugs out there. Our VA’s are killing our returning troops right and left with these drugs or a combination of these drugs. These are the same drugs most of our mass shooting suspects seem to all be prescribed.
The otherwise-esteemed Jordan Peterson nearly died from benzodiazepine addiction, and now warns against it:

Peterson seems well-intended, but the only philosophy and teaching that really heals people is to learn and understand the words of Jesus and let Him lead one's recovery.
