I am thinking of my SIL who would love to turn me in (for anything). If she hasn't seen or talked to me in several years, her intel, at the very least, looks stale and lacks urgency.

I started my wake up call re the liberals in our lives when I turned 40. Fortunately no liberals on both sides of our family and just a couple of libertarians on both sides of the our family.
By the time I turned 50, I had weeded most of the liberal so called friends. I tolerated them at church and in other functions. If they started their liberal B$, I would just say goodbye and leave.
My wife at times was not happy with me saying, “I don’t want to be in any so called social events with these liberals!”
She retired in her late 60’s, and she has evolved to the same zero libs in her life model. She is 80 something now and all of her friends are conservatives except for one long time 45 year friend. She has minimized her contact with that lib and tells her to keep her liberal $hit to her self and her family. We have labeled that lib as a FDR liberal because of her parents being FDR libs.
Our adult grand kids, nephews and nieces learned early not to be involved socially with liberals.
