iow, how current is this car parade?
I gathered just from watching that it was a car parade from some time ago. I think Scavino posted it for encouragement, along with the music titled “After the Rain” - ie, the storm is soon, and after the storm, all will be well. My .02.
I also have a theory I am working on, re: “white hats/bad hats”.
