Since then, one more breached and the military blew a hole in another. (Note: These are all on the Yellow River in northern China)
The Yangtse River (3 Gorges Dam) is to the South. They are having a hard time there from Monsoon Rains fed by Tropical Storm Cempaka (North Vietnam). The Yangtse river hits the coast at Shanghai which is being hit by Typhoon “In-Fa”.
I have a feeling that much worse flooding will occur in the next several days.
