Apparently the only way Texas can contend with a crroked state like ill-in-ois is to call out the Texas State Militia and head up there with tanks and planes. Since we have no standing in the Supreme Court to sue.
I think the plan described in the Devolution series of 5 articles is the only way the rot will be pulled out by the roots. And the ground salted.
