Apparently not “new news”, that was from last year, but was new to me. The herb plant is artemisia. Here is another article:

Never heard of this herb but it does sound interesting. They have a bag of extract power Artemisia Annue on Amazon for $39.95 but they have pill form also. Some people seem to use it for insomnia.
Artemisia - Mugwort, iirc. Used in moxabustion treatments in TCM.
