You know, I read that this is ‘how it’s done.’ I stumbled across a website and would end up backing out of it real slow like so as not to startle anyone.
But he said Chinese surveillance state is instituted on a local level. He said he had proof we already had those networks, that they were mapped out into neighborhoods across the nation and were being used to tamp down resistance to everything. He said the net was tightening, but would so so slowly and locally while we kept our eyes on the horizon, watching for UN tanks etc.
It was something I couldn’t contemplate at the time. We already had enough content stretching my incredulity all outta shape. But, it does make strategic sense. Same pattern in Russia, officials and ‘unofficials’ embedded in every town. It’s wartime reconnaissance and crowd control.
