Twitter user Ehden has exposed the confidential Pfizer vaccine contract. This is the typical contract Pfizer uses when supplying the vaccine to countries, including ours:

The contract seems airtight in preventing any liability from attaching to the pharmaceutical companies ... until you remember that pesky USSC Throckmorton decision where the Justices wrote, “Fraud vitiates everything”.
