Pretty sure that’s the place that the CCP general wants to make a wind farm. And, iirc, the state of TX has passed a law or will that prevents anyone with connections to the CCP from buying property in TX. If I have time I’ll look into it. This is what my memory is telling me, read a few articles about this purchase by a CCP connected pos.

Multiple Chinese real estate investments have hit the surrounding region. And now, there are highly advanced drones being spotted in the region.
Are Chinese troops conducting surveillance of Texas and the surrounding regions? Are they prepping the ability to launch drones throughout this part of America? What possible reasons could there be for their desire to tie into the American power grid in Texas?
It seems logical to conclude: the Chinese want American soil.
