There’s always two sides, but Mike probably knows he’s the heart of the show, he feels like he made his friend Frank some money, and now he wants his brother to get more of a payday and maybe some fame. He probably sees it as helping take care of his nieces too.

Frank could have done a lot more with the business and his fame, but chose not to. It was like he was making good money from the show and didn't want to do anything more. Some people are like that.
