he appears to be expressing surprise that israel, with 84% vaccination rate, still has covid positives. but I don’t think he is saying that, of all positive covids in israel, 84% were vaccinated, and 16% were unvaccinated. that’s nearly impossible.

“ Israel has vaccinated more than 5.63 million citizens (61 percent of the population). Of the overall figure, 5.17 million people (56 percent of the population) have received the second dose of the vaccine.”
This may indicate that the documented problem with mRNA vaccines, Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) is occuring. People become sensitized to the virus once vaccinated and are more likely to become ill, and do so more severely, if they experience ADE.
