You've just presented Nancy Pelosi's argument for giving the Federal government the authority to run every election in the U.S. That's just B.S.

Under the U.S. Constitution, the only date that mattered in the 2020 presidential election was December 14th. That was the date established by Congress under Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 ("... which Day shall be the same throughout the United States") for the 2020 presidential election. Each state was required to have its electors certified by that date. How they identified the electors was a matter to be determined by the state legislature, and nobody else.

If a state legislature in a state where the legislature already knew the election process was illegal didn't take action before December 14th to correct the fiasco, then the illegal election results would stand. There's simply no getting around that.

False. Crime is crime, and when the states commit crime against the federal government, the federal government does have the power to stop it; that is not enforcement of state laws.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Particularly in light of the Guarantee Clause of Article 4 Section 4, which not only guarantees a “republican form of government” rather than a rogue, totalitarian one—but also guarantees protection against “domestic violence”, and something as serious as fraudulent electoral certificates qualifies as that.

And Napoleon will never return from exile on the island of Elba.

And how did that work out for him?

Where in the constitution does it say its legal to steal an election?

The same place it says it's illegal.

Strange as it may seem, in the U.S. Constitution there is no requirement for states to let voters participate in a presidential election. At least 7 of the original 13 states chose their electors through some method other than a popular election, such as having the electors selected by the legislature or appointed by the governor.

The Constitution isn't kidding when it says: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors (etc.) ..."

You’re omitting state law and the requirements thereof now, as well as ignoring the Tenth Amendment. Also, there’s a difference between being a “faithless elector” and a fraudulent one.

Did you look up what happened in “Bleeding Kansas” yet?

What would you do if still active?

What makes the huge difference is that in this case it will not be regional. Not just some fringe group in a compound somewhere, not just something like the Bonus Army in a big city. This will be everywhere.

If the people resist and the military turns against the people nationwide, they have nothing to go home to. Forever. They are not fools.

Kansas was a U.S. territory and not a state at the time, so I’m not sure how it’s relevant to a conversation about presidential elections. Please enlighten me.

"And how did that work out for him?"

All I am saying, as you well know, is that there is historical precedent for "return to power".

Territory status is a red herring. Kansas descended into violence exactly due to the discovery of voter fraud, and of a similar nature to what happened in 2020.

Please enlighten yourself. One does not need to stay on FR and wait for the information to come to them.

I was honestly confused. In the 1860s the whole nation plunged into a civil conflict, and that had nothing to do with voter fraud. There were obviously much bigger issues in play at the time.
