Where are the lawsuits filed?
The venues for these lawsuits are Federal District Courts around the country as well as the Ohio Supreme Court. We file lawsuits in locations that are strategically chosen by our attorneys to enable us to effect the most change. By filing in federal court, cases will be heard at the federal level. When court orders are issued, and eventually a court ruling is determined, it will have a reach far beyond Ohio, New Mexico, Maine, Alabama, and any other state in which lawsuits are filed - it will establish a precedent for every state helping to free Ohio and our entire country.

As of 05/25/2021, there are currently 4 pending federal lawsuits filed in Federal District Courts including Ohio, New Mexico, Maine and Alabama. Each lawsuit has its own plaintiffs and defendants. More information can be found in the individual court documents.
