I did read some research, which I can’t find now, that said forensically, ADE would look like Covid - the antibodies would be the same. It’s just the immune system would over heat.
In laboratory settings, they’d be more likely to know whether it was Covid or ADE because they’d know how the animals reacted the first time exposed, and they’d expect them to react better the next time. Instead, the immune systems reacted worse - so it’s deemed ADE.
Outside the lab, it’s likely just going to be called a variant, but I believe it’s ADE.
I have some experience with the dengue shock syndrome - most of these delta + vaccinated people aren’t very sick, if they are sick at all.
