We’ve probably ALL had it!
I read anywhere between 40 - 90% of us have had it.
Not surprising.
Yup. My sister, who is in a rest home, had it and showed no symptoms at all. 82 years old.
Yet they had to shut the dam thing down, and lock them all in their rooms like criminals. I went nuts on them there. I said, “What the hell you all think your going to accomplish?” “They all got it so you failed.” “Open it up for visiting.”
Nope, had to keep them in solitary confinement like criminals. They had plenty of space to do that without risking “infection” to the rest home population WHO ALREADY HAD IT!
That is why I believe, and a whole lot of those like us, that it was an exercise in martial law.
BTW Jane. My brother got in in December who was in the latter stages of liver failure. He survived it and it effected him very little.
His sone and his wife got it. It effected his wife pretty bad and she spent some time in the ICU. My nephew got over it without much trouble. Good friend of mine got it last Nov 15th and although he had FOUR tests done at the local hospital, all negative, he went to Green Bay WI and they tested him positive and it was the last thing he remembered for 16 days. They told him there after when they discharged him that if he had come in at the first sign, he would have spent very little time in that place.
So it depended on the individual.
