Then the cold weather set in to make it what it is today, as Greenland appears to be returning to the way it was originally when settled.

in other words, after 50 years of exploration by numerous major players, no appreciable reserves have been found so rather than admit they have no oil, they blame the climate
When they figure out this isn’t going to work for them, the oil and gas will still be right there waiting, and more profitable than ever. Everybody has big plans until they get cold.
This place is a garbage dump. Locals do not partially care about disposing it properly.
