I just checked latest numbers being reported by VA Election Results and numbers are: With 2,471 of 2,585 precincts reporting
Trump 1,327,868 52.96%
Biden 1,126,103 44.94%
And that’s with Alexandria 30 of 31 precincts reporting
Arlington 54 of 55 reporting
Fairfax City 7 of 7 reporting
Fairfax County 243 of 244 reporting
Loudon County 99 of 99 reporting.
I live in VA Beach and its trending 60% for POTUS. In 2016 he got a hair over 50%.
I think VA goes to Trump!

With 100% of the vote in Va. Biden got 2.4 MM vs. Trump 1.9. 114 precincts out of 2,585 had not reported as above. These precincts produced 2.45 MM more votes. 1.3 MM went to Biden and 600k went for trump. DJT went from 53% of the vote to 42% in the totals. See the precints that had already reported. This is impossible as we watched it happen on the tv screen.
