iirc, along about 10-11 pm on election day, trump was ahead in VA.
just like the 6 swing states, they shut down the count & loaded up the biden votes after midnight, imo
AP and almost everyone else called VA for Pres. Biden before 7:30 eastern.
We watched Pres. Trump leading all night by as much as 300k then we blinked and it flipped in a heartbeat.
