Your assessment of our elections here is the same as mine. I belive Virginia was the training ground for voter fraud for the rest of the nation on how to flip redstates. They perfected it here.
As a Virginian, I agree. I believe they were doing it for years- and then perfected this in the 2018 mid terms.
