Incredible mismanagement and sloppiness, even if they weren’t trying to deliberately steal the election from Trump. What a mess.
This was panic induced. The Trump vote far outweighed their well planned and executed efforts (cyber). Due to that they had to revert to off the cuff planning (see multiple scans of ballots in GA).
