I agree. Think of all those innocent people just trying to get by day by day in commie china.
Not to mention the little kids.
I read somewhere a couple of weeks ago (and hope it is true) that the gov’t built all those facilities (which stood empty for a long, long time), to house those who would be in danger if the dam collapsed and most of the population has been moved already.
