Bill Barr was mentioned several times in the book, "Compromised: Clinton, Bush and the CIA" authored by Terry Reed. Very good book that explains the Mena Ark cocaine connection to Arms sales in Nicaragua. I think Barr was the Solicitor General for Bush I. I have a copy of the book. Will look it up later to report on the context.
