There is one TX Rep among the herd who is an attorney. She was heard spinning the story her way, that they cannot be “Arrested”, but only “detained” [upon their return].
Funny how it will be uniformed officers who will do just that. Collect them all by the hem line and deposit their Netherregion in the House Chamber until which time they either quorum, or spit blood in the hall way.

I hope they get Removed from office for Vacating their Office. They are basically messing with the TX legislative business Calendar, trying to kill the clock.
