I’ve got to think that most of the hardcore RINO obstructionists, like Raffensperger, were being blackmailed to do so. If that’s the case, one has to wonder what’s changed. Or maybe nothing’s changed, and this is all bluster on Raffensperger’s part, designed for optics only and not intended to actually change things.
