There's a difference between a "Covid conspiracy cult" and the possibility that the vaccines will have some unintended adverse long-term side effects which could be catastrophic for some people. It's not as if it's never happened before with other drugs. To cite just one example, when I was a kid, the drug Thalidomide was implicated in a large number of deformed babies.

There is already evidence that even in the first few months of deployment these vaccines have caused many times more negative side effect than most vaccines, and the fact that they were rushed into production raises the possibility that there could be additional unforeseen problems.

There is a difference between unintended side effects and claims that Bill Gates is behind COVID and the COVID vaccines in an attempt to decimate the worlds population. There is a difference between long term effects and claims that 5G causes COVID and will interact with the vaccines. There is a difference between rare side effects and claims that the vaccines will render women infertile.
