Your advice for monoclonal antibody infusion centers is good advice. This type of therapy helped President Trump. What is unclear to me is how difficult the drugs are to deliver, requiring a one-hour infusion followed by one to two hours of observation. What makes it difficult are the people who need monoclonal antibodies are at the most contagious stage of disease, making it tricky to deliver the drugs in facilities like cancer or dialysis centers that commonly deliver medication by infusion. Do you know how they are tackling this difficulty?

Only some infusion centers are giving it and they are following isolation precautions
